Abstract

Iraqi universities have shown interest in studying Iraqi academic figures specialized in the field of history due to their significant impact in uncovering many historical mysteries and facts. This study aims to delve deeper into the intellectual and scientific contributions of these figures, continuing the efforts of researchers and scholars in introducing society to academic personalities interested in historical documentation. The study examines their biographies, highlights their contributions, and acknowledges their influence on their academic and professional lives, as well as their recognition by subsequent generations of academics. Jabar Abdullah Issa Al-Jubairawi, distinguished by his passion for poetry, theater, and historical documentation, stands as one of the early intellectuals in the city of Amara who made substantial contributions to contemporary Iraqi historical literature throughout his five-decade-long academic career. His rich contributions persist as he continues to research and document to this day.
