Environmental Culture is a Vital Requirement to Preserve Biodiversity in Iraq

Abstract

Conserving biodiversity is one of the most important events of the twentieth century in the field of environmental sciences and life sciences, and represents a modern perspective on animal and plant life and their environments and the need to protect them from degradation and extinction. Environmental management is an important tool for decision makers as a source of information related to environmental aspects, and it can only be done through the enactment of legislation and laws and the involvement of everyone in the protection of ecosystems and their biodiversity through the dissemination of knowledge of diversity and its importance, and public awareness and education to promote the conservation of diversity through sustainable use.
