The study of the climatic comfort conditions in the cities (Mosul, Baghdad, and Basra) is regarded as one of the important subjects that can be limited and focused on especially in the closed and the open regions. These regions are used to suffer from different climatic comfort conditions between the study stations. This happens because of the Geographic sit of the study stations whereas Mosul represents the northern region, Baghdad is the midst, and Basra is the southern. In addition to the height of each station above sea level, and then the conditions of day and night rest. The variation of the surface and topography in these stations affected the variation of the weather elements in them. During the analysis of the climatic elements of the study stations, we can notice easily that the middle and southern stations are more moderate and comfortable at the night than during the day. On the other hand, the northern station is comfortable and moderate during the day and night. It's obvious by reading the results of the research that the northern station (Mosul) has recorded four comfort months during the day whereas each (Baghdad and Basra) have recorded three comfort months. This shows that the northern station is more moderate during the day. But at night it is less moderate than the middle and southern stations. To the speed.
Of the wind and by the schedule of the comfort of the day, we can notice that all the study stations are comfortable during the day but at night only the northern station is more moderate than the middle and the southern.
