Abstract

This study examines the positions of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) states toward Operation Al-Aqsa Flood by analyzing Gulf states’ responses in light of the political, diplomatic, and humanitarian developments that accompanied the war in the Gaza Strip. It seeks to identify the principal areas of convergence and divergence among these positions, the factors influencing their formulation, and their implications for regional security and the future of Gulf–Israeli relations.

The study also draws out the key findings concerning the nature of Gulf foreign policy and the manner in which it balances political commitments, strategic interests, and evolving regional and international dynamics
