This study aims to examine cultural pluralism and its impact on the formation of identity within Western modernist thought. With the existence of diverse groups, minorities, and sects, the crucial issue arises of defining an identity that encompasses these cultural pluralities. This modern state focuses on its identity amid plurality and unity, balancing cultural affiliation with individual loyalty to the state, while also emphasizing human rights and minority rights
