Dr. Hammoudi, along with his contemporaries in the field of Arabic linguistics, focused on linguistic research and criticism, both in spoken language and in academic studies. His numerous and diverse studies are particularly distinguished by their emphasis on the language of the Qur'an and the defense of its linguistic usages.
