The Concept of Spacetime and the Representation of the Other in Samira Al-Mana's Novels

Abstract

This research delves into the concept of Spacetime and its role in defining the non-conventional Other in the novels of Samira Al-Mana. The essence of the study lies in employing relative Spacetimes, deviating from the structuralist lesson. Consequently, the concepts of time and space are liberated from their absolute values, acquiring social, political, and religious dimensions that bestow upon the self a gradual transformation from one state to another.
